If you’re like a lot of people, you’ve come to realize that working from home isn’t all cheesecake and burgers. Considering the unavoidable distractions from your “co-workers” (mom, dad, siblings, spouse, kids, hey duggie, and maybe a lousy neighbor), your work from home experience might have been slowly tugging at your mental health.
It doesn’t have to be this way and if you deliberately create an ambiance that works for you and sets some boundaries, remote work could actually be pleasurable.
